Welcome to New Cross Gate 2010

What’s in the NDC Centre?

•    State of the art GP health surgery
•    Leisure and culture: gym, library, ICT, crèche, café, roof terrace
•    A new heart for the community: public square with wildlife habitat
•    Retail units and 173 mixed affordable and private housing units
•    All designed to minimise energy use and conserve water

To date, around 800 questionnaires from local residents have influenced the design of the centre. The vast majority of responses have been supportive.
