Ahoy Water Sports

The Ahoy Centre promotes sailing and other water-based leisure activities in New Cross Gate. The Project runs sailing and powerboat courses through out the year for young people that live in New Cross Gate. It works with NDC schools and runs sailing courses as part of their PE curriculum of which the young people achieve nationally recognised qualifications.

It provides an opportunity to join in with leisure activities that are usually not taken up. It’s a fantastic way for families and individuals to try out something new and get involved in the project. There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer also.
